Ward 6 bike advocates are working on many projects. But like you we are first and foremost cyclists. Canada Day is a good time to enjoy our ward. We will ride from the Thunderbird bridge at the Humber and follow the Waterfront trail to Marie Curtis Park at the edge of Toronto. We will then ride to a local park that has ne of the best views of the Canada Day fireworks in the city.
If you have always wanted to ride n South Etobicoke, come join us. Wear your helmet, bring a light and join us for a fun evening.
The Toronto Cyclists is launching a ward by ward Check-Up, organized by the local Ward Advocacy Groups. The Ward Check-Ups will help local groups assess winnable improvements to the cycling infrastructure in their wards as well as promote the local work of the Bike Union.
If you are interested in participating in your Ward, please contact the Bike Union and find out if there is a local Check-Up in your ward and how you can get involved.
